James Young
By day, I work as a professional designer. I also make music as a Boston-area Mandolin player, vocalist, and songwriter (and I’m a lifelong art nerd).
Since 2008, I’ve been playing in Peter O’Halloran & The Hired Men. In 2019, I joined the legendary Boston garage rock band The Dogmatics playing mandolin and providing backup vocals. Occasionally, I help various Rum Bar Records recording artists with design & creative direction.
